Yes, of course. This was taken with a Stellarvue 152mm refractor and a Nikon D810A camera. The mount is an Astro-Physics Mach2GTO. And I was also guiding. This is just under 12 hours of total integration time in 300-second subs.

Stellarvue 152mm refractor, Nikon D810A camera, Astro-Physics Mach2GTO tracking mount. I used the Horizons tool in the A-P mount software to track the comet. It lets you download a JPL ephemeris.
