Idk! Lots of interesting discussions today. I don’t think they’re wrong but I also think being doomer will just make you feel Worse than just turning it into a thought… I have a hard time remembering the world doesn’t revolve around me when it comes to negative things. People are busy!

If you go on a long hiatus or move away from a shared interest then yeah, people will move on because time is limited… I know there definitely are people who are cruel but I think that just assuming that to be the case is bad for your mental too…

I try my best to be as kind as possible to folks but I do have boundaries re: how much shit I have to see on my daily scroll on apps that are designed to make u angry lol
