bombsight.org had a lot of records from fire brigade / civil defence - website doesn't seem to be working fully, not sure if this is a temporary fault, or if it's no longer being maintained.

probably stating the obvious, but trust you're aware of the OS map archive - maps.nls.uk/geo/explore/... - the Westminster Bridge Road station was too late for the 1894 map and bombed before the 1950-ish map, but the 'map finder' option probably has the 1930s edition of the 25 inch sheet.

I'd agree with others - it's easy enough (now you're not having physically to re-write or re-type) to get thoughts on to (virtual) paper then edit a few times.
My writing style is go for it then edit (I can usually steam somewhere between 10-20 % out that way)

Not sure how early in the war they stopped producing printed maps. I have (equivalent of) A-Z with 1940 on cover, but probably in print before / early in the war.
Does this guide include an Underground map? That might help date it. (My 1940 one has some lines that never got built / finished.)
