He's facing a possible felony charge I believe, but there's a precedent for that so it's of no consequence.

I drained my 401k to pay for my son's cancer treatment. He died, I went bankrupt, lost my job, couldn't afford to pay back the loans and took the tax hit. I rent and can't afford to start a new 401k. I'm 54 and will expire before I own a home or retire.

I'm not unique. This is reality for many.

I shouldn't have to leave 'the greatest country on earth' to get the 'best health care on earth' but I can't afford good US health care and I can't afford to leave the US for affordable health care so I get shitty US health care I can pay off in monthly installments.
