fr, I'm not pretending like Phoenix is exactly a model for much of anything re: urban development but it's better than those cities and there's genuine pockets of improvement in Phoenix proper and Tempe especially

yes!!!! they've been building an extension to south Phoenix for 5 years and it finally opens tomorrow and forces the system to have two lines to function (the new extension will be a part of the B line including the existing north Phoenix leg, the east of downtown Phoenix section will be the A)
