(1) re: ebooks, eaudiobooks - we not only pay full price for these, we actually pay far more than the regular consumer does, sometimes as much as $120 for a book that we will only own for 2 years before it automatically vanishes from our digital shelves

If it's popular or for a library-run book club, we're likely to start off buying anywhere from 3-7 copies (as many as 15 copies for a few books in recent memory) and anything that's still going out would get replaced (again with a fully purchased copy) once it's damaged beyond repair or gets lost.

Many times we even buy them full price bc you can't get them from the wholesalers anymore or the wholesaler would take too long (or is going out of business, rip B&T).

That might be the case at some libraries, but most (every one I've ever worked at in multiple US states) buy our physical copies outright. Our ebooks and eaudio are often only for a certain number of checkouts or certain time period(1), but the physical books are ours.
