I usually find a really safe somewhat bland food like a ham sandwich when I *need* to eat that at least gives me some nutrition.

I've been having it a lot, my medicines have been the main cause though, between my stimulant lowering my feeling of needing to eat, and a cholesterol med lowering general appetite.
Would probably check your meds side effects first.
