67-59 Colorado State is the final score from Vegas, Nevada was unable to capitalize on late game mistakes from the Rams. Clifford continued to dominate down the stretch, finishing with 25 points and 14 rebounds.

For Nevada, Davidson finished with 22 and 6 rebounds, Sanders ended with 23 and 7.

With under 1:25 left, the Rams lead by 7 on the back of a 23 point, 14 rebound double-double from Clifford.

CSU’s foul trouble, and an influx of turnovers has allowed Nevada to come within as little as 3 points. A crucial 3-pointer by Jaylen Crocker-Johnson and a layup from Mbemba to extend the lead to 7 with under 4 minutes remaining.

With 8 minutes remaining, Colorado State leads by 7. Nevada is 1-13 on field goals in the second half, but have found some success from the foul line. Thanks to a strong defensive start out of the break, the Rams have been able to maintain their lead.

Forward Rashaan Mbemba has led the Rams on an 8pt run coming out of the half. Colorado State leads 28-37 with 17 minutes left in the game.

CSU: Nique Clifford leads all scorers with 14, and has grabbed 5 rebounds. Kyan Evans has scored 9 points, all from outside the arc, CSU should look to create shots for him after the break.

Nevada: Kobe Sanders has been a key piece for Nevada, scoring 8 and has 5 rebounds. Nick Davidson has 11.

A defense-heavy first half, CSU leads 29-28. Nevada has remained consistent from the floor, and has held the Rams to 37% on FGA. but has given up 5 points in fouls.
