We never ratified signing on with the ICC so we're not a part of that system. It'd be like me sanctioning one of my neighbors because the prices of Toyotas are too high. He's just making noise to intimidate people.

Any online sports betting is illegal in my state (WA) unless you are physically inside a tribal casino or on tribal land. I think that's why I don't see much advertising for it.

There's a larger process to remove an amendment from the U.S. Constitution than SCOTUS making a ruling. The court can outline definitions and application of the ruling.
