Also reminded of a wild case i worked on as a law clerk on the Ninth, Catholic League v City of San Francisco, where they sued the coty government for a resolution denouncing the church for anti-gay-adoption policies (compare that to the SCOTUS tax exemption case)

Under the Shaw v Reno logic that "being put into an electoral district because of your race" is an article 3 injury in fact. It's "odious to a free people" and whatever one might say about the history and development of that doctrine, it would also apply to resolutions of white supremacy.
