Apparently I was right.
The real issue is that it took the murder of a white woman for YOU to actually stand up and care. Many of us have been standing up and pushing back for a long time because we knew the horrors that were coming for all of us. And when they came we didn’t wait for it to affect us personally.

For months 🧊watchers have seen their own children gassed or come crying from classrooms because their local schools were locked down day after day. We’ve been injured and frightened. These were traumas we endured, assuming the violence but not the death. Yesterday the risk assessment was equalized.

My own hot take on the murder of Renee Nicole Good-it’s not that she was a white woman, it’s that she was a Migra Watcher. We activate white folks by telling them they are lower risk, and train them for possible arrest, never about risk of death. We all see now how close we’ve come to the same end.

This isn't ICE's first. Silverio Villegas González was killed in Franklin Park, IL on 9/12/2025. González, 38 and father of two, had lived in Chicago 20 yrs and no criminal history. His death was the 1st fatal shooting by immigration agents of Donald Trump. The agent's name has never been released‼️

This is terrible. Please folks get yourselves trained if you’re going to do any kind of Rapid Response work. They have shown themselves to be very aggressive. We have the right to document their activity-please do so as safely as possible.

Received emails this morning informing us that the IRS has locked the court out of the system that handles all of our payments, payments to expert witnesses, court reporters for transcript services, interpreters. There are probably other vendor types I’m not thinking of but this is pretty shocking.
