I do. Wild and white rice mixture. Brown about 2 cups of the rice in unsalted butter. Simmer the turkey neck gizzard, heart, and liver in salted water for 20 to 30 minutes. Shred meat from the neck, grind the other meats. Add the meat to the rice. Add poultry seasoning. Cook it all in water
