🍽️ Gluten free buttermilk mini waffles made with America's Test Kitchen recipe from How Can It Be Gluten Free and my own version of gluten free all purpose Mix 1 based on recipe found in Gluten Free Bread in 5 Min a Day. I will freeze these and toast as needed. Can also be used to make sandwiches.

Thanks! My husband's favorite these days are my hamburger buns. These can stand up to a half lb burger. But they are still fluffy. The recipe is in the American Test Kitchen book but I use my own mix 1 instead of their mix. I use 4 inch mini cheesecake rings without the bottoms to help them rise.

This Whole Grain mix is used in a whole grain sandwich bread recipe found in the How Can it Be Gluten Free book by America's Test Kitchen. I make towering sandwiches of fresh mozzarella, red roasted peppers, fresh basil, fresh crushed garlic, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

This is my Mix 2 gluten free flour which I use in one of my whole grain gluten free breads from the book by Jeff Herzberg and Zoe Francois. I began adapting recipes for folks trying to avoid heavy metals found in rice flour. So this is rice-free.

About to make my fave dinner. Romaine salad with artichoke hearts, red roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, castelvatrano olives, fresh strawberries, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, topped with extra virgin olive oil and 18 year old cherry balsamic. Served with milk in a tall frosted mug.

My favorite recipe for my homemade gluten-free artisan bread. You won't miss wheat. At all.
