What happens if you're early waiting for someone, or you've arranged to meet someone and they cancel after you've got there?

You mean just in case someone visits, I need to keep the following;
tea, decaf tea, green tea, herbal tea, coffee, decaf coffee, sugar, sweetener, whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, skimmed milk, soy milk, oat milk and lactose-free milk.
Glad there's no wastage there.

There's a SEND school in my local area that caters for ND children.
It's in a rural area and not covered by covered by a regular bus route, how would parents get their children there while ensuring other children aren't late for mainstream school (up to 20 miles away)
