I've got over 20 journals from the last 20+ years, and there's some stuff in there that nobody who knows, cares about or loves me should ever read. Moments in time that I needed to get out of my head, but aren't real today.

Last night my baby, after dedicating two decades of her 23 year old life, became a professional dancer. So when you’re driving to another out of town game, or paying for private lessons, or going to another competition… realize these dreams can come true.

Last night my baby, after dedicating two decades of her 23 year old life, became a professional dancer. So when you’re driving to another out of town game, or paying for private lessons, or going to another competition… realize these dreams can come true.
Started running 4 miles/day instead of 6 every other day. So far I really like it. Easier to schedule around the run and I get that sense of accomplishment every day. Probably still do a double digit run over the weekend.
