Under the theme "Vivir lejos, vivir menos", this work explores how spatial distance in our cities contributes to housing inequality, segregation, and temporal injustice. It's a call to rethink our urban models and restore the power of proximity as a driver of social justice and urban well-being.

Ich freue mich sehr, am 2. Dezember zur von der Europäischen Akademie Berlin organisierten Konferenz „Cities as Global Actors” zu reisen. Gemeinsam mit Johan Rockström (PIK – Potsdam) halte ich eine Keynote und treffe viele Kollegen unseres globalen städtischen Ökosystems.
