One thing I didn't value, or really understand i needed when I was their age, was consistency and structure.

If theyre leaving for more money, ok. But I think there's more long term value in staying in the same environment to help you grow instead of hopping from one place to the next.

But if I understand correctly why theyre doing it from the teams perspective, it helps keep them below the luxury tax and allows them to pay great talent over decades. I know theyre not the first but theyre def abusing the system which desperately needs to be fixed.
