The report also makes six recommendations, one of which is that the Government should include Indo-Caribbean as a separate category in the next #census to enable better tracking of health and wellbeing outcomes, as well as identifying potential areas for targeted intervention.

The report examines the history of the Indo-Caribbean community in the UK, the prevalence of #MentalHealth conditions among the community, barriers to accessing mental health services, and the existing services available.

Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the film tells the story of the Mehras, a dysfunctional family who invite their family and friends on a 10-day cruise trip to celebrate the parents' 30th wedding anniversary and later reconcile.
