As a short-king, I’ve always hovered on the line of overweight according to BMI. At my height, 5’5”, I’d need to weigh 125lbs to be “healthy”. Haven’t been that light since high school. Pictures suggest that I was “really skinny” at 125. Straight up told my doctor never to come at me with BMI.
