As someone with significant photosensitivity I baffle myself at a game in a state such as Helldivers that doesn’t have visual accessibility customizing.

Wondering if quicktime and button mashing could be abated in a single player game through an auto battle/press toggle in settings.

I always thought the concept of settings that allow a single player game to be completely controlled to what suits the player the most would be incredibly inspired and accessible. I understand wanting your game to be played a certain way, but customization won’t hurt a non multiplayer state.

Good insight. Yeah one handed stuff is tricky. In an RPG setting I suppose an ideal fix is customized settings so you can tailor the pacing of battles to be slow enough to use one hand with ease..?

Obviously games that simply cannot abide by mobility accommodations don’t apply. Like a movement shooter cant just change its genre for people who don’t have the ability to play those games. I’m talking things that developers COULD do but don’t for lack of profit, or it not even coming to mind.
