bin offen zu hören, ich hab schön reden, ich hätte ja abgebrochen. Ich sah ehrlich gesagt keine Chance, dass meine Psyche den ethiken Spalt* lang genug aushält, um arbeitskämpferisch irgendwetwas zu bewegen.

Ja, es gibt wenig Erfahrung damit, wie man dies in Arbeitskämpfe mitträgt. weil Pflegeeinrichtungen keinen typischen Fabriken sind. Das Problem Gewalt in der Pflege wird nicht allein und automatisch dadurch gelöst, dass Arbeitsbedingungen durch Kämpfe verbessert werden. Es muss thematisiert werden.

also i think noone inherently can *always* hang through tough time authentically, we probably all have some misses. But we definitly should all try to increase our personal ratio of showing up/letting down towards showing up...

it´s a mess, uh? like, the whole, relationships can be the best thing, and also, they can be the absolute worst thing ever and you don´t know until you try. and to get better at it you have to try, too. add any layer of marginalisation or several and you´re playing a hard game on hard mode.

On ne résout pas individuellement des problèmes collectifs. Le monde du travail en pose une multitude, de problèmes collectifs. Protégez vous en le mieux possible sans jeter les autres sous le bus et partagez vos ressources.

J'ai eu une phase de tentative de réalisation par le taf qui a fini en eau de boudin car tdah. J'ai tenté une reconversion-dans-un-taf-qui-a-du-sens mais c'était ethiquement intenable de maltraitance. Donc retour au plan de carrière "faire le moins de mal possible sans s'autosacrifier".
