The "specialist expertise" of chronic disease sufferers is explicity mentioned (pg. 64 of my copy) as a form of experiental expertise, not to be discounted in relation to more formal, accredited expertise. Sparrow is my ballerina's #NAFO nom de guerre. She's in the SOF, and takes a very direct (in effigy) approach. The time for curses and strongly-worded letters is well over.
