Gotta be where he'll see it. Get reporters asking the questions of his mouthpieces on tv. Like "You see and talk with him on a regular basis. Is he deteriorating mentally as much in private as it seems in public?" They csn scramble to say "oh he's sharp as a tack" but the thought is out there.
