Yes stamps are also super fun! In general linol print is fun and affordable! I personally don't trust myself around those carving tools bcs I injured myself with them in the past lmao

I believe they made that for you specifically 🤭

No we're cool! I also definitely understand where you're coming from 🙂‍↕️ looking at the current times we have to hold onto anything "human-made" for as long as possible

I just wanted to elaborate cause I didn't wanna be misunderstood 🙂‍↕️

Oh this wasn't a diss on anyone appreciating aesthetic but rather that print shop platforms frequently strip the human behind the creation away and thus making prints into consumable aesthetically pleasing content, rather than art created by a person (no matter the style)

I have two larger prints I got from INPRNT and even then I know the artists. They both unfortunately disappeared from the Internet but just knowing the money went to them makes them more meaningful already

And meaning can even come from the smallest of things, for me it can be as small as "I bought this directly from an artist at art faire XYZ and I remember the interaction"

Anonymous prints I bought online I also eventually stop seeing, literally. I keep forgetting they're there lmao

Yeah fucking horrid
Before it was at least designed by someone, perhaps with the aid of stock websites
And now it's gonna be even more slop-ified :/

And I understand that for most "normies" who aren't in any (online) art sphere seeking out these things is difficult so a one-stop-shop seems much more appealing

But there's art markets and craft faires and local small business print shops, and online places like INPRNT...

In my early 20s I wanted that Pinteresty gallery wall so I browsed on these sites

I still have some of these prints left and they mean fucking nothing to me and it sucks that I paid money for those and not an actual artist, who could've used the money way better than a corporation

Holy shit congrats!! 🎉
