This is the most dramatic white paper I've read in a minute.

Oh, here's a idea: lexicon widgets. An app that helps you turn the data in your pds into widgets and widget libraries that can then be shared, iterated on, and pulled into other apps either through html embeds or atproto integrations.

Would be great for like, block editors and rich chat messages.

I wish there was a way to make lexicons legibly accessible so people start thinking in terms of data instead of apps. Like, making popping the hood a thing in a way that make people want to pop it open on the regular.

I know it's unrelated so far, but I'm reminded of how html snippets propagated as meme in MySpace. I feel like there's something magic about composable tech being accessible to the masses as mini hacks.

We haven't really seen it yet but I'm excited by the idea of third party lexicon extensions on top of bluesky getting enough user adoption to influence bluesky's official appview features. Like how @ started at Twitter emergently, only now at the protocol level. Sub-protocols propogating like memes!

What do you mean? Like an alternative to org/org strategy to Mozilla? Because I've got "Forkzilla" notes going back 15 years.

I had no idea y'all did so much with Valve! So cool. Does Wolvic get any love with this partnership?
