Since top surgery removes a lot of the fat from the chest alongside breast tissue, it tends to gather less around the pectorals. BUT the fat deposits just underneath the chest and to the sides (underneath the arms) still gain weight like normal. So plenty of opportunity for wings, but no moobs.
