In today’s “Things You forgot you recorded for a friend” —

Started these baby russet potatoes baking at 1pm and then by 5:30pm I had cut them in half, mixed some sour cream, seasonings, fresh grated cheese, crab meat and green onion and stuffed it all back in there. Baked once more and served next to a baby greens caesar salad.

First homemade Chex Mix of the season and let me tell you - this batch tastes nearly identical to what my Great-Grandma made me so many years ago.
Tastes like California in the 80’s.

First homemade Chex Mix of the season and let me tell you - this batch tastes nearly identical to what my Great-Grandma made me so many years ago.
Tastes like California in the 80’s.

Needed to use up some tomatoes that I could tell had a few days left in them, so I made a creamy tomato, sausage and spinach gnocchi soup for lunch. 🍅

One of the few things to get me through this dreaded illness has been sugar-free Jolly Ranchers.
