Also it must be mentioned the high cost of nutritious, natural food is out of bounds for many in the world forcing those to find sustenance in medical issue-inducing processed food.

Oh wow. I completely understand the prescription for surviving the next pandemic, and agree but that's an ontological shift for the population. Especially in the US where the cost of healthcare to get to a healthy baseline would bankrupt countless Americans.
