I don't feel it is worth it to actually animate this in any proper capacity until I have a new PC where I can actually run the software to make it right.
That said, proof of concept feels decent.
Not sold on it though. It still feels... detached.

BlueSky is gonna compress this out, I think, but this is where I got.
There is a subtle paper texture on this. It has cast lighting from the sky so it should always be a lil blue/purple.

Modified my billboard redeem today. It's a redeem that used to just ding and it would change it's name to whoever redeemed it last AND get more expensive each time.
Now it does a Powerwash screen effect over my game and shows their name (in user color) on top of the rest!

GTAV is a funny one for this, because GTAV doesn't feel square BUT the edge of the map CAN be hit and clearly is square.
It's weird.
Like, if you take a plane of boat there is a square edge where your engine stops. Less noticeable, but amusing.
