I love listening to Ben Folds’ 𝑆𝑜 𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒. That man knows the power of the bass clarinet!

The "bluesky is an echo chamber" think pieces that keep popping up really tickle me because they show how certain people genuinely believe social media should be for debating and arguing and not talking about the things that make you happy and sharing art with the world.

Tomorrow is going to be a tough but important step for me in my life’s journey. I’m a little nervous, but I know I can do it.

This is a "Stravigor", a device Igor Stravinsky invented ca. 1911 for drawing music staffs on blank pages. He tried to patent it, but WW1 intervened and he never followed up. An obsessive about notating his music exactly as he wished, Stravinsky used them throughout his life.
