The battle pass screen is where it stands out the most.
And to be clear, I don’t even dislike it. The game is all about different crossovers at this point, and if the juxtaposition is the fun then totally play with mashing up the rendering/art styles too.

It’s always interesting seeing Fortnite’s art style evolve as new characters are added over years where the likenesses are more accurate and models more detailed.

It’s a nasty day out which means I’m allowed to do whatever I want, there are no rules, so I played a bit of the Switch 2 version of BotW in 3D using my PSVR1 until I got a headache.

I feel like not having a weekly release schedule and leaving people uncertain how many *months* they're waiting between episodes is really what killed episodic releases for me. Felt like all momentum would be lost and I stopped giving episode 1s a shot when 5 might be over a year later.
