Deputy Leader of Camden Tories Shiva Tiwari’s abusive behaviour towards shop staff — in a business in his own ward — is appalling & wholly unacceptable.

This falls far below the standards expected of any Camden Cllr.

Shiva must resign & the whip must immediately be removed.

Seen in Soho. Pubs doing dynamic pricing and charging at peak hours. Hopefully not a trend that catches on elsewhere.

Watching @netflix.com Black Doves. Pretty convinced that this scene was shot on Bidborough Street next to the back of the Camden Centre. Did anyone see them filming?

Quick thread on the biggest planning reform the Government has announced so far. Removing councillor vetoes from projects that already comply with the local plan is a big step towards a more rules-based and certain system, and so higher supply and cheaper housing. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
Planning reforms will end development chaos, says Angela Rayner
Officials will be able to rubberstamp development plans without local authority permission under the changes.

Went to see Dr Strangelove at the Noel Coward Theatre tonight. Great cast and production. A little faithful to the 1964 Kubrick film but still great viewing.

I get a lot of casework as a Councillor. A housing association in King’s Cross left a block without running water for 24 hours. Just astonishing that they don’t act quickly in what is an emergency
