something I kind of miss about regular tour guiding was the reaction of guests when I shared to them how we have zero constitutional rights and that people hold inherited positions of political power. they just didn't get it at all. it is an embarassment.

This paper really sums up why I got my msc in development studies and then immediately swerved working in the 'industry' that i thought joining would make me one of the good guys. I hope you read it.
