It took a long time but I'm so glad to finally have a space I can properly paint in. There's more to do like the extraction system and painting storage but this will do nicely until then.

Sometimes you misplace your meat tenderiser because you earlier misplaced your hammer and used it to put in a nail and subsequently have to cover the now resurfaced hammer in plastic wrap to tenderise some meat

Last week at 3am I came up with this absurd dish with what I had on hand and it was actually really good; it's potato gratin, pork chipolata sausages, roasted baby brussel sprouts with thyme and a chicken gravy
