I think you are right. I've met (mostly American) people who treat service people the way she treats, well everyone.
But I'm not convinced there is a point in his stories. It's more like he has an kernel of an idea, doesn't overly question it, and just goes with that.

I haven't been on bluesky for maybe a year. I came back just to see if anyone felt this way.
I was right away v uncomfortable when she was so strong on it being only the english speakers.

The thing with toxic masculinity is that there will always be another self proclaimed 3d chess grandmaster to fill this role of "person who does not see the people he is standing on while he makes awful decisions".

Yes, but we would have said this showed how "authentic" he was, or something equally vapid.
There's nothing redeeming in him, but I don't mind that he's angry about breaking a cease fire, even if he's part responsible for the firing. Especially as he was angry with Netanyahu too.
