It's a lil complicated, they technically are, but it's in the sense that anyone is allowed to make a Chimereon and it's totally fine, it's just that they can't claim that it's an "official" one within the Chimereon community itself. It's more like the community is closed more than the species itself

Hmm I think i get you. Unfortunately the humanoid rig is very limited, and sometimes people wanna make characters that are shaped in ways that kinda bend the rules of the humanoid rig a bit, and so they feel odd in fbt. I personally try to avoid this bc im very sensitive to avatars feeling "off" 😭

I'm curious, what aspects of avatars exactly do you think people tend to make non-vr based?
