Awards and recognition are nice, but i wish we had more financially viable options for creating games that are art first, rather than product first.

Humans deserve uncomfortable art. But platform storefronts aren’t looking at games like that, they are looking at a product to market to players. I’m glad itch exists.

Art deserves to be funded generously, bc it provides all of us with incredible - but sometimes intangible - value. It makes us better, thoughtful, inspired.

there’s the humours (blood, yellow bile, black bile, mucous) and then there’s the humours (sanguine = happy, light; choleric = angry, firey; melancholic = sad, depressive; phlegmatic = slow, peaceful, lazy)

It's hard to pry me away from Jira's data and reporting, but Linear's done a great job at doing the basics really well with minimal friction. It's great at understanding context.
And i think... the devs actually don't hate using it??
