i think either discord is throttling catbox OR catbox has become slow (it genuinely could be either) so the move for 2026 is to use a new anonymous read allowed minio bucket. hopefully this doesn't end up horribly

i was looking into that, i was seeing how to get a Menu to show up in the composer on desktop and on phones you could invoke this menu. actually making the post seems like just finding the part of the login flow where the Agent(?) object is created to make a temporary one of those w stored creds

by god that was fucking easy to implement. i do feel like burying this feature in the language settings, and then having to change the default language for en_us is big jank though
