Unfortunately I'm strongly beginning to consider shipping my private warehouse after the 1/12 nun doll clothes I ordered that have been delayed for eight months finally came in stock.
Anyway HLJ I love and support y'all but I am not shipping my private warehouse until I can rest assured I won't have to shell out an unknown extra amount of money for it to actually get to me.

Thinking about how while I know about plenty of Japanese media that has untranslated side material, I wonder how many cases there are of the opposite. English language movies and TV series that are wildly popular abroad that are missing crucial context and published material.

Now admittedly I've only played a handful of these games and none of them recently! But I'm genuinely running the risk of my main PLZA team going over my current level cap, and that's never happened to me before.

Only real ones know about the "Original Video Animation adaptation from the 90s, of the middle segments of a radio program, but only the OVA ever got brought stateside, so generations of anime fans have gone 'lmao this SUCKS it makes no sense' because they're missing 90% of the story"
After "film trilogy that dropped a critical plot point exclusively via timed Fortnite event" and "video game series whose story only makes sense if you're aware of the events of a canon pachinko machine", I feel like there are whole frontiers of user-hostile narrative design waiting to be explored.

While I was working on this I also -finally- figured out the right adhesive to use on all those scale building sets I've had sitting around half-falling apart. Excited to re-assemble those and use them for photo backgrounds again.

Whoever decided the tiny central chest piece should have seven stickers is my enemy.
Tried some new topcoat on this bad boy. Really like how the manual for this international regular release is in three languages! (English, Spanish, French)

I haven't had my brain Activate while assembling a plamo test mockup like this in a while. This is going to be so radical once I figure out how I want to make a replacement skirt.

If you were curious, I had someone get him to sign my R-2 Powered manual when he was at Fanime one year. It's the first plamo I ever built. He even added a quote!
