At least they still have the 2-cheeseburger meal, what a salt and sugar bomb that is. I will probably have a salad made up entirely of a grated broccoli stem for dinner, to make up for this dietary disaster.

Other than the standard turkey-dressing-gravy-mashed potatoes, I made a cranberry chutney with tangerines, fresh ginger and baharat spice blend. I want something tangy and fresh to wake up to after all the snoozy carbs.

...and I just read that the Nordicware is ceramic nonstick, LOL. Well I'd give Nordicware a better shot at lasting longer than the other ceramic nonstick pan my mom got from QVC. I would baby it though; no metal utensils, no sustained high heat when empty, no abrasive cleaners.

If you're comfortable with cast iron, any of those Lodge pans would be good. I don't care for cast iron so I'd pick the Nordicware, personally. I haven't had much luck with ceramic non-stick; it doesn't last.

Also need to scrub the floor mats and I think I’ll have a pro install the new headlight gels, they are a bit intimidating. Well we will see how much they want to do that, I might get brave 😄
