I definitely think that’s better than having a Promise subclass. I’m not going to lie I’ve been so far in React land for the last two years that having tuples feels natural to me now.

An object or tuple would be preferable. Subclassing here feels too unintuitive. I’d much rather do

const [one, two] = someThing();

At the very least we are actively jumping the shark.
