Ahh..interesting. Nice to have a series of his to go through. I tend to like the older/ancient style recipes where he’s guessing or trying to source long lost ingredients. Either way, excellent grounded mix of history and entertainment.

I was thinking the same thing earlier tonight after watching his Turkish Delight video.

I just moved… I was three minutes away from Bulk Barn in Victoria, and I am now about 4 minutes away from Bulk Barn in my new city in Alberta. This definitely played a role in deciding which part of town to live in!
