I've been increasing this routine, but does anyone have any tips for more weight stuff I can be doing? I try and supplement this with cardio from uphill hiking.

I went thru a cancer scare; thank Ishtar it was nothing. Still put myself n' my body thru hell to get the results and I had to deal with the fact that I felt guilt about it meaning nothing. I'm trying to embrace the gratitude of a negative result and to drink in the joy of being in love with me :'x
