I think the "moving fast" bit is also a problem. It's good to iterate, and not move at a glacial speed, but rushing and headless chicken syndrome becomes a bit of an issue on a lot of projects.

Ha! A few of these golden age of GDS ones could do with a revisit. "Move fast and break things" hasn't aged well.

Thank you! She seems to be on an even keel with it now. Totally, my own biggest problem with nose one was it kept falling out! The hole's closed up now, it didn't suit me much anyway.
