The last 3 paragraphs of this article are a doozy. It's clear that Trump/Noem want to place blame for poor emergency response on the States, but take credit for good emergency response- even if it was the State that responded. Note: The rest of the article disproves Noem's 2nd statement.
On Wednesday, Noem, his DHS secretary, called for the agency to be eliminated and remade after telling reporters the previous day: “We, as a federal government, don’t manage these disasters. The state does.” “We come in and support them, and that’s exactly what we did in this situation,” she said. Trump said: “You had people there as fast as anybody’s ever seen.”

I was making Palomas but I also had a guava Monster Energy so I substituted it for the Squirt. It's delicious and a delightful pink color.

Unnerving to see in a building you're in...
