Last night they arrived and left a new picture- turns out the tooth frogs are Japanese??? (This is all my husband's doing- he set up a Lego battle arena and used Lego swords scattered around the top picture).

So when you lose a tooth and leave it out for them, they descend and fight to the death for your tooth. Now they're magical creatures so they don't leave blood and gore ofc (also key here-they're illiterate so they can't leave notes). HOWEVER they sometimes leave pictures behind.

Tooth Frogs are all boys (some may have been fairies that turned into frogs, and some frogs grow wings) and live in a barbaric wasteland of teeth. They have a strict hierarchy established with brawls to the death to maintain tooth piles, whoever has the biggest pile has the greatest strength.
