You oughta see me transliterating my Southern accent. Depending on how high I crank it I can get really hard to understand 😁

Yeah, like I said, that's were dermatologists recommend. I follow recommendations and soap my pits, downunders, hair, and face with moisturizing soap and don't really have any problems. My hair and face gets oily but my skin's not in the least.

And that guy is racist as fuck I swear!

Soap generally needs reasonably hot water to form the reaction that makes it work.

When I got my sanitation certification we were taught that the proper temperature was 110 degrees for 40 seconds.

For the record, that's fucking hot.
February 7, 2026 at 1:08 PM
Hot water helps the soap reaction and can kill some bacteria on its own. Unfortua trly, it has to be very hot water, like hotter than normally comes out of your sink.

Soap and hot water for handwashing is still important though. That guy's just nasty.

I mean, according to dermatologists soap is actually bad for your skin. It washes protective oils off and can lead to whiteheads, dry skin, and other problems. The general recommendation is to just soap up the stinky bits and leave the rest alone unless there's a reason not to.

"How much has real world popitics had an impact on your writing?"

Current project: cyberpunk set during the climate collapse in a technofeudal dystopia where AI has put 60% of the population out of work
Backburner: Genocidal fasicsts vs aliens war with theme that war makes us all monsters

I little laugh at their rage. They are sad, pathetic little men with such limited vision.

Weird thing is I actually prefer that kind of old sci-fi but, well, the genre's moved on and produced so much good stuff that I'm happy to be left behind 😊

Literally my only problem with Maximum Mike is that when people think "cyberpunk" their minds automatically go to the RPG but, dang it, there's so much more to the genre!

Great guy though and we all love Mike!

And also licensed for the first Japanese Gundam RPG if I recall correctly!

Aside from being a good video it's what put Gainax on the spot and got them the money they needed to make Royal Space Force: The Wings of Honneamise (1987 movie that's really good animation even by today's standards). So yeah, buncha anime nerds done good.

Y'all - and basically all minorities - are the canaries in the coal mine and we're all dead stupid for not paying attention to what you tell us.

Sixth sense-ish. Cassie relies on her gut a lot of times, picking up details and acting based on her experiences and skills. When she ignores her gut she usually gets in trouble. Comes from being a techy: "never ignore your gut feeling."

Most of the people he convinced weren't brilliant either, and the few that technically were were only so in a narrow area. We all have a bad habit of assuming rich and influential people are smart but usually they're not. In the case of finance they're usually just lucky or good gamblers.

Ya know, you're right! Defective products always get 0-star reviewsA

Also, HERO has literally been proven to stop bullets. Low caliber bullets but still. I imagine getting smacked by that would either wake you up or put you down depending on where it hit.

Back during the Battle of Mogadishu some guy supposedly got hit with a dud RPG that imbedded itself in his torso. I imagine he would probably rate the experience 0/5 stars would not recommend.

Some research found out basically every post is either directly made by humans or prompted by the them thanks to some serious security vulnerabilities. It's all fake.
