Same problem, here I clicked on a different uv map and it shows just fine. It's just the cap that got broken, which is odd because it was going fine x_x. After I updated the keyshapes is when it got broken. So perhaps I'll need to revisit it again.

Even though I properly unwrapped the UV map it looks like a square on spp, I wonder what is that I did wrong...
