I made bacon wrapped chicken breasts seasoned with a chipotle and black pepper rub along side roasted asparagus with a garlic, rosemary, and thyme compound butter.

It is, but it made cutting the peel off really easy, and the fruit released very nicely from the pith.
Couldn't peel it with my fingers, though.
