I don't know what else to say about it that doesn't feel limited and easy to misunderstand. I do want to say that I appreciate how much I felt that a book that was a foundation of my life was beloved by the character and - I'm guessing - the author behind it

it's the first time in years, decades maybe, that a book has made me want to draw. I went looking for fanart and found none and can't believe it.

I see people on Goodreads saying it is confusing and maybe at first - but I had a feeling if I kept with it it would all come together, and it did with a snap that felt like when you rehearse alone and it doesn't seem like anything much and then you hear everyone play together and it's just. right.
